Base Price:
$2000 - $8000
(Price is providing the amount of guests, From 1 to 100,

Inside Wedding: 
35 people max

Outdoor Wedding: 
Up to ~100 People 
 100+ might be doable
With some consideration

Included:
Use of area for maximum of 3 days.
(set-up, wedding, clean-up)

Both Lodge Rooms

RV/Camper and Tent Locations available

Parking (up to 25 vehicles)

Use of Kitchen:
Ovens, Microwave, sink, utensils, serving dishes, counter space, dining room, pots and pans etc. are available for use after breakfast has been served. 

We recommend you organize your own plates and utensils as ours are limited. 

Reception:  
We have designated areas for tents.

Our bottom deck can be used for dancing. Built in speakers available for use.

For over 25 guests, renting a dance floor is suggested.  

Outhouses are a must. Weddings of 20 guests or more need rent an outhouse. 50 or more 2 outhouses are recommended. 

Rooms:
Lodge rooms include breakfast.
$15.00 breakfast available to those staying on premises (in tents of RV’s/Campers)

Extra Help

We have staff available. Each person will be available to hire for $200.00 per day. 

Includes: set up of  tents, tables, chairs, and playing music for the wedding and the reception, storage of food, heat up of dishes and serving of food and refreshments. Doing whatever you need to help make sure you or your family does not have to worry about anything before, during or after the wedding.

Event insurance:
You will be required to get Event Insurance.

Nonrefundable deposit:
We require a 50% deposit of the base price to hold the wedding date.  The balance of the base price and any other fees is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.  

Refundable Damage Deposit:
Your deposit will depend on the size of the wedding, it will be anywhere from $2,000 - $8,000.  You will also be required to sign a liabilit
